Abstract— Cervical Range of Motion (CROM) goniometers, currently used to measure patient head motion separately in frontal, sagittal, and coronal planes, are expensive, cumbersome, and difficult to standardize. These devices collect data along one axis and can alter patient movement. Marker-less head tracking with commodity cameras is a potential alternative and requires additional experimentation to confirm its efficacy.
